Pucciano & English, Inc.
Architects, AIA

Pucciano & English, Inc. was incorporated to perform architectural and related services in the areas of office, commercial, institutional and multifamily design. The principals are presently registered in nineteen states and through NCARB certification the firm can also be licensed to practice in all states. Since its inception in 1982, the firm has worked to maintain diversity in its projects. Our projects have included all types of multifamily housing, including mid-rise and high-rise multi-use, as well as military, retirement and student housing. Our commercial endeavors have included office building and office parks, shopping centers, medical facilities, warehouses, hotels and motels and restaurants.

The principals of Pucciano & English, Inc. have, combined, more than sixty years of experience in innovative design. Our firm's in-house technical capabilities and our staff's aggregate experience enable us to be proficient while maintaining a competitive edge in our field. While our projects are appealing aesthetically, they have tended to be built within our client's budgets and with minimal complications during construction. Over the past twenty-four years we have earned a reputation for trend-setting design balanced by an understanding of the impact of design on the economics of housing and commercial development.

Since 1982, Pucciano & English has been responsible for the design of over 60,000 multifamily units nationally. We have designed condominiums, apartments, townhomes and single-family tract homes for some of the country's largest homebuilders. Our multifamily projects have consisted of 200 to 500 + unit developments in addition to a significant number of housing renovation projects. We have recent experience with a number of moderate income and cooperative housing developments in the Southeast and Midwest. Our firm was chosen  to design five new military family housing communities at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This project, completed in December 2003, was the US Army's first large-scale privatization effort. We have since designed military family housing at Little Rock Air Force Base.

Presently we have on-going, multi-family, multi-use and commercial projects from Illinois to Florida and from North Carolina to Colorado, proof that we are indeed a national firm rooted in the design of today's housing. It remains our goal to continue to be on the leading edge of architectural design well into the 21st century.
